Shandong Asahi Graphite New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2013 in the Linyi County Economic Development Zone, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, China. With a total investment of approximately ¥466.5 million and a site covering 307 acres, we are one of Asia's most advanced graphite electrode manufacturers.

In 2019, we entered a joint venture with Sojitz Ject Corporation, a subsidiary of the renowned Japanese Sojitz Group — making us a Sino-Japanese enterprise combining best-in-class Chinese manufacturing with Japanese quality systems and global distribution expertise.

Anode-grade calcined petroleum coke (CPC) used as a primary carbon source in graphite electrode and anode paste production. Low sulphur, low metals, high fixed carbon — sourced and calcined to electrode-grade specifications.

Premium Needle Coke

Highly crystalline needle coke — the flagship feedstock for Ultra-High Power (UHP) graphite electrodes. Anisotropic, low CTE, low sulphur — engineered for electrodes running the most demanding electric arc furnace duties.

Container Transportation

Our electrodes are packaged on wooden pallets and secured with steel straps. The threads and end faces are protected by protective covers to minimize the risk of damage to these critical areas. When using container transport, each 20-foot container can carry electrodes of various specifications along with the corresponding number of connectors, as shown below.
